These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with Smile Solutions Vietnam Pty Ltd. Please read them carefully — by using our website, submitting an enquiry, or accepting a quote, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
By using smilesolutionsvietnam.com (the “Site”), submitting an enquiry or quiz, requesting a quote, or engaging with any Smile Solutions Vietnam representative, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) together with our Privacy Policy.
Before you commit to treatment and travel, you will be provided with a Confirmed Quote and any accompanying booking documentation setting out the specific commercial terms of your engagement. Where any inconsistency arises between that documentation and these Terms, the Confirmed Quote and accompanying booking documentation prevail.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
SSV is a patient coordination and travel-arrangement service. We do not own, control, operate, employ, or supervise EDG or any dental practitioner. We are not a dental or medical provider and are not qualified to give clinical advice.
Our role includes:
All clinical assessment, treatment planning, and dental procedures are the sole responsibility of the treating dentist and EDG.

Before any flights, accommodation, visas, or treatment bookings are confirmed, you agree to pay the following to SSV:
The balance of dental treatment costs is payable to EDG in accordance with EDG’s terms during or upon completion of treatment in Vietnam.
SSV may receive a coordination fee or referral commission from EDG in respect of your treatment. This is separate from the SSV service fee that you pay directly and does not increase the cost of your treatment.
To assist with funding your treatment and travel, SSV may refer you to independent third-party providers. You are under no obligation to use them.
All content on the Site and any communications with SSV representatives are provided for general information only. SSV does not provide medical, dental, or health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Any indicative estimates of savings, treatment duration, healing, or outcomes provided by SSV are approximations based on typical patient experiences. Actual outcomes will vary depending on your clinical presentation, health, healing, and other individual factors. No warranty is given by SSV as to the success, suitability, or durability of any treatment.
You agree to:
SSV is not responsible for any delay, cancellation, additional cost, or clinical complication arising from information you have failed to disclose, or from your failure to comply with these obligations.
Where SSV arranges flights, accommodation, transfers, visas, or travel insurance, it does so as your agent. Those services are provided by independent third parties under their own terms and conditions.
SSV is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, cancellation, or default caused by any airline, hotel, transport provider, visa authority, insurer, or other third-party supplier.
You acknowledge that international travel and any dental or surgical procedure carry inherent risks, including clinical, travel, and personal risks. You undertake this travel and treatment of your own free will and judgement. SSV strongly recommends you obtain independent medical advice and a second clinical opinion from an appropriately qualified practitioner before proceeding.
Telephone calls, video consultations, SMS, and email correspondence between you and SSV may be recorded or logged for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes. By continuing to communicate with SSV after this notice, you consent to such recording and logging. All recordings and communications are handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
By submitting your details to SSV (via the Site, a quiz, a quote form, phone, or email), you consent to receive follow-up communications from SSV in relation to your enquiry — including by email, SMS, and telephone.
Communications may include treatment coordination, quote follow-ups, educational content, and promotional offers relevant to your enquiry. SSV handles marketing communications in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, replying “STOP” to any SMS, or contacting SSV directly. Once you opt out, SSV will cease marketing communications, though we may still contact you where necessary in connection with an active booking.
All content on the Site — including branding, logos, text, images, videos, treatment plan templates, patient materials, and marketing materials — is the property of Smile Solutions Vietnam Pty Ltd or licensed to it, and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of our content without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use SSV’s intellectual property except as necessary to access and use the Services.
SSV facilitates introductions to independent providers, including EDG and travel suppliers. SSV does not control, guarantee, or make representations about the services, facilities, or professional qualifications of any third party beyond information reasonably available to us.
Any links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only, and SSV is not responsible for their content, products, or services.
Your relationship with EDG is a separate contractual relationship governed by EDG’s own terms, consent forms, and applicable Vietnamese law. SSV is not a party to that clinical contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 17:
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where SSV is permitted to limit its liability, it does so as set out in clause 16.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSV, its directors, officers, employees, and agents against all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
SSV collects, uses, and stores your personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including sharing relevant clinical information with EDG, and relevant travel and administrative information with third-party suppliers, in order to coordinate your Services.
SSV may amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You and SSV agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
If any dispute arises, you agree to first contact SSV in writing and allow SSV a reasonable opportunity — at least 30 days — to resolve the matter informally before commencing formal proceedings.
If any term of these Terms is found to be void, unenforceable, or illegal, it will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.
Smile Solutions Vietnam Pty Ltd is a patient coordination and travel-arrangement service. We are not a healthcare provider. All dental treatment is performed by Elite Dental Group, an independent overseas clinic.
Any indicative pricing, savings estimates, before-and-after images, or patient stories shown on the Site or in our marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of any particular result, outcome, or saving in your individual case.
All surgical and dental procedures carry inherent risks. You should obtain independent clinical advice before making any treatment decision.
