• send you relevant information about dental treatment in Vietnam, updates, and offers;
• contact you by call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm consultation times or assist with your enquiry; and
• route inbound or scheduled calls to our coordination team or to Elite Dental Group (EDG), our partner clinic, while capturing caller-ID for anti-fraud and quality purposes.

We do not collect payment details or full medical records at the enquiry stage. Full information is only collected once you decide to proceed with an itemised quote from EDG and engage SSV to coordinate your treatment.

2Consent

By submitting any form, messaging us, or calling our numbers, you:

• consent to receive relevant communications (email, SMS, WhatsApp, or call) in response to your enquiry;
• may withdraw consent at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in an email, replying “STOP” to an SMS, or messaging us directly; and
• can also email [email protected] to opt out.

Withdrawal of consent will not affect communications required to complete or confirm an existing booking you have requested.

3Disclosure of your information

We disclose your personal information only when:

• required by law or an Australian regulatory authority;
• necessary to perform our coordination services — specifically, sharing your details with EDG and with in-country logistics partners in Vietnam under contractual data-handling safeguards; or
• as part of a business restructuring, transfer, or merger, subject to equivalent data protection obligations continuing to apply.

We never sell or rent your personal information to unrelated third parties.

4Third-party services

We rely on trusted service providers for the day-to-day operation of our website and communications, including:

• Google Analytics — website analytics and traffic measurement;
• Meta Ads and Google Ads — remarketing and marketing attribution (hashed identifiers only);
• Email and messaging platforms — to deliver our communications reliably; and
• Call routing and recording providers — where lawful and disclosed.

9How we operate

Smile Solutions Vietnam Pty Ltd is a patient coordination and travel-arrangement service. We are not a dental or medical provider and do not deliver clinical services ourselves.

• We may receive a coordination fee or referral commission from Elite Dental Group in respect of your treatment. This is separate from the SSV service fee that you pay directly, and it does not increase the cost of your treatment.
• All dental treatment is planned and delivered by Elite Dental Group in Ho Chi Minh City. EDG is solely responsible for all clinical outcomes.
• Example savings figures and price ranges (such as “up to 80% cheaper than Australia”) are indicative only and vary by individual case, treatment complexity, and current market rates.

10Call recording and results disclaimer

Inbound and scheduled call-back calls may be recorded after a spoken notice at the start of the call. Recordings are retained for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes, in line with retention periods in our Privacy Policy.

Dental outcomes vary from patient to patient. No guarantee is made or implied as to specific clinical results, healing times, or long-term outcomes. Your suitability for any treatment, and the expected results for your case, will be assessed by EDG’s clinicians.
